SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time Once dispatched, please allow 10–14 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local postal services, and customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Delivery Address We ship to home addresses and work addresses only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or postal boxes of any kind. Please ensure you provide a valid residential or business address at checkout. Orders placed with a PO Box address will be cancelled and refunded.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
