All sales at THE DROP 222 are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances.

No Refunds & No Exchanges Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
Distressed & Intentional Design Features Many of our garments feature intentional distressed details— including raw cut edges, frayed hems, uneven dye, faded tones, and irregular finishes. These are not defects or damage. They are deliberate design elements that are part of the aesthetic and character of each piece. Variations between items are expected and celebrated.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that distressed details are intentional and not grounds for a return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items In the rare event that you receive an item that is genuinely damaged beyond its intended design, or if you receive the wrong item entirely, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amourdesoi.ttt@gmail.com with photos and your order details. We will review each case individually.
